Live now Manolo lovers will be able to explore the luxury brand’s archives by navigating through five digital rooms of this decidedly future-focused world.
Called “Manolo Blahnik: A New Way of Walking,” this virtual world for the first time, showcases the archives of the fashion house, whose creations join Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York, Miranda Hobbes and Samantha Jones, as the stars of the hit series, “Sex and the City.” Conceived in collaboration with curator Judith Clark and digital design studio Ronin, this interactive experience immerses the public in the world of Manolo Blahnik through sketches, films, photographs and previously unseen models.
As part of its anniversary celebrations a “Gold” capsule collection of sandals, pumps, mules and boots has been launched, crafted using intricate materials such as feathers, lace or macramé un different shades of gold.
The brand first launched the Maysale mule in 1991 and the elegant slipper with the shiny buckle quickly became one of the brand’s most popular styles.Here the Maysale and other famous Manolos relaunched in gold in celebration of the anniversary, just in time for the holiday season!
