In his first ever fashion show in Egypt, Lebanese star couturier Elie Saab showed his latest collection on November 28th at Cairo’s historic Abdeen Palace, the former Egyptian royal residence. The event that welcomed an exclusive crowd of 300 socialites and celebrities was hosted by Emaar Misr to unveil the launch of the Elie Saab Villas in Egypt at Emaar’s upscale Cairo Gate compound in Sheikh Zayed by Mohamed Aly Alabbar, Founder of Emaar Properties, and Elie Saab in the presence of HE Khaled El Annany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities.
Guests gathered in the palace’s courtyard for a reception before being led into the grand halls for the fashion show. A seated dinner and a live performance by Lebanese singer Wael Kafoury ended the spectacular night.
