Ezz Elarab Automotive Group, the sole importer of Volvo in Egypt, hosted a two weeks Fine Arts Exhibition at its recently launched Volvo Gallery. in collaboration with “ArtTalks“. The gallery venue combines a Volvo car showroom and cafe into a single destination that is designed to immerse visitors in a unique and luxurious Swedish atmosphere.
The Volvo Gallery in Egypt is the ninth venue of its kind to open its doors around the world after Stockholm, Milan, Tokyo, Manhattan, Warsaw, Seoul, Taipei, and Kuwait.
“ArtTalks” is considered one of the most important Egyptian galleries for contemporary art. It was founded in 2009 by Faten Mostafa Kanafani, a lecturer and art historian whose research focuses on Egyptian modernity. The exhibition hosted at Volvo Gallery showcased the art works of some of Egypt’s most prominent talents, including Ahmed Osman, Ahmed Senbel, Jamal Bassiouni, Riham ElSadany, Hassan El Akhrass, Mahmoud Ashour, Mohamed Eid, Shady Hamed, Mahmoud Marei, Walid Jahin and Ahmed El Kutt.
